Our restaurant chef is specialized in natural food nutrition— vegan and living raw food. He enjoys introducing newcomers to the secrets of delicious health and raw food cuisine. In our classes, we use of course ingredients of the best organic quality only, and of local origin if possible, sometimes directly from the neighboring forests.
In this course, you learn the fundamentals of raw food cuisine. Under supervision, you prepare your first simple dishes, create juices, twine raw food spaghetti, and stir up sauces and soups. You make a variety of uncooked doughs, and then dehydrate them into bread. You mix chocolate drinks, juices and smoothies, and then produce plain, but delicious, desserts.
The course’s highlight: a tasty three-course dinner at the end—prepared and eaten by everyone!
And this is what our schedule might look like:
08:30 Make breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, smoothies, raw bread, and home-made spreads
09:30 Eat breakfast together
11:00 (Soak sprouts and nuts, dehydrate different ingredients for dinner, make dough for raw bread, prepare a light lunch or a picnic)
12:00 Hike through the Harz mountains, and gather wild plants
14:00 Midday Break (sauna and swimming pool are available)
16:30 Cook dinner
18:30 Eat dinner
20:00 perhaps a short lecture or movie
