7-day-rawfood-seminar:
This class will give you an introduction to gourmet rawfood cuisine: You will grow and process sprouts, make wraps or pizza, sushi, tarts, cremes and sweets, learn techniques how to cut fruit
and make decorations.
The highlight at the end of the seminar will be an excellent 5-course dinner - including an hors d'oeuvre, a soup starter, salad, main course and absolutely delicious
dessert.
However, you will not only get to know our kitchen, but you will also go on a guided hike with picking wild greens. The Harz provides many tasty herbs even in winter which enrich the
rawfood cuisine.
