During the course, we eat healthy living food only. This enhances the health-promoting effects of the exercises tremendously, and it improves our body awareness. The splendid Harz woodlands
also help, with numerous nature sites which we will explore together.
Under the guidance of experienced yoga instructors, we want you to forget your daily routine and worries for a while, in order to manage them better later. We are looking forward to meeting
